The operators of the Sello shopping center in Finland faced the challenge of providing services and security for over 23 million annual visitors. They needed a modern, multilingual interactive system for wayfinding and customer information across their large complex. To address this, they worked with vendor PROVISIO and utilized their SiteKiosk software.

PROVISIO implemented a solution featuring a 3D wayfinding system on seventeen 55-inch interactive displays. The SiteKiosk software enabled the integration of this application, provided central control and monitoring, and connected the terminals to the building's network for security. In the event of an emergency, the system can automatically send alarms and provide evacuation information. The operators appreciated the flexibility for future promotions and the security features that the SiteKiosk platform provided.
