Lieblingsstücke, a women's fashion and accessories store in Germany, faced severe sales losses due to the pandemic lockdown and a shift in consumer behavior away from physical retail. They needed a digital solution for secure, contactless shopping that could attract customers at their storefront. This allowed customers to scan a QR code with their smartphones, using them as a remote control to navigate the online store contactlessly, even outside business hours. The implementation was a success, receiving positive customer feedback for creating a new shopping experience. The store owner confirmed that 100% contactless shopping was achieved, boosting interaction and sales, and plans to keep the system permanently.
