Tobi, an online apparel and fashion retailer, wanted to give customers a stronger voice and make feedback a core part of its customer-centric strategy. Using Sitejabber’s review collection platform, Tobi gathered more than 1,600 reviews in its first two months and used the feedback to improve operations, including streamlining checkout and adding weekly management reporting. Sitejabber helped Tobi raise its overall star rating from 2.6 to 4 stars, reduce cart abandonment, and strengthen trust with shoppers through fresh, visible review content.
