eCampus.com, an online bookstore and course materials provider for students, higher education institutions, and K-12 schools, needed to strengthen its online reputation and build consumer trust in a competitive education market. Despite investing in multiple review platforms, it was only converting reviews from 2.5% of customers and struggled to generate enough feedback to support its brand and attract more institutional buyers. Using Sitejabber’s proprietary review collection technology, eCampus.com automated review requests at key points in the customer journey, sent branded review emails, aggregated feedback across platforms, and connected review data to Google Seller Ratings. The results were immediate: review conversion rose to 11.52%, its Sitejabber rating improved from 2.1 to 4.2 stars in two weeks, and it amassed over 3,500 Sitejabber reviews with a 4.6-star average on Google Seller Ratings. Sitejabber also helped lift ratings for sister brands Knetbooks and BiggerBooks to 4.4 stars each.
