Maintaining Quality and Consistency across Multiple Departments

New Hanover County Schools (nhcs.net), a K–12 district and Siteimprove customer since 2014, needed to keep its website accurate and timely for parents, students, staff, and the community. Their main challenge was maintaining up-to-date content and fixing broken links across multiple departments and school sites.

Using the Siteimprove Content Suite—scans, automated reports to departmental webmasters, and the policy feature to find outdated content—allowed the district to prioritize fixes and coordinate follow-up. Between January and September 2015 they saw an 89.7% reduction in broken links and an 83.4% reduction in misspellings, with regular reports driving ongoing maintenance.
