Advanced caching and substitution controls kept pages fast and personalized. The result: empowered business users, faster delivery of new features, better product exposure, measurable UX improvement and scalability at production scale (forums alone serve ~250,000 members), while insights from the project fed back into Sitefinity product improvements.
