VVV Nederland had an individual website and a web shop with its own look and feel for each of its gift voucher and card products, which were managed separately. The organisation chose Sitecore to convert this to one online platform

VVV Nederland, the market leader in gift vouchers, faced a fragmented digital presence with four separate websites and a standalone webshop, making management, integration and a seamless visitor experience difficult. To consolidate platforms and enable better cross‑selling and system integration, VVV Nederland chose Sitecore as its central CMS (using Sitecore FXM) while keeping Magento for transactions and the shop environment.

Sitecore delivered a single, future‑proof online platform—using FXM to ensure the Magento shop maintained a seamless look-and-feel and could be managed from Sitecore—simplifying content management and integrations. The result for VVV Nederland was faster page loads, much-improved navigation and user‑friendliness, easier editorial workflows (including a front‑page editor), and increased insight into customer behavior with personalization options, all launched on schedule.
