CFP Board needed to provide candidates and CFP® professionals with a more streamlined, personalized digital experience while also modernizing site navigation, content, and administration. To do this, CFP worked with Sitecore and used Sitecore XP, including xDB and xAnalytics, to better position the organization as a guide and partner for its audiences.

Sitecore implemented personalized dashboards, a human-centric content strategy, stronger visuals, and SSO integrations to connect users with peers, mentors, and employers. The result was increased engagement with resources and tools, positive growth in account creation and site traffic, reduced call volume for certification, login, and website issues, and improved feedback on usability.
