Using Sitecore’s OMS to better engage customers

YouSee, a TDC Group subsidiary and Denmark’s largest cable TV and broadband provider, faced growing competition and needed to shift its website from product-focused content to experience-driven messaging, increase online sales, reduce support load, and replace a limiting in‑house CMS. To achieve this, YouSee engaged Valtech and adopted Sitecore’s CMS and Sitecore Online Marketing Suite (OMS) as the vendor platform.

Valtech built a new Sitecore-based site with integrations and an advanced UI, using Sitecore OMS (together with Omniture SiteCatalyst) to enable analytics and behavioral targeting. With Sitecore, YouSee modernized its sales and support channel, strengthened its market position, increased online sales, raised page views by approximately 500,000, significantly increased support-article consumption, improved the Self-Service KPI year-over-year, and gained a data-driven roadmap for further optimization.
