Uponor, a global provider of plumbing and indoor climate solutions, needed to accelerate its digital maturity to better serve two distinct audiences—homeowners and building professionals—across multiple North American sites. To centralize content, enable personalization, and support multichannel experiences, Uponor implemented Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore Web Experience Manager and the Sitecore Experience Platform (plus Print Experience Manager).

With Sitecore and implementation partner support, Uponor launched audience-specific portals, responsive and mobile-optimized sites, a sales “Digital Briefcase” app, and a web-to-print workflow that links live product content to print design. Sitecore-enabled initiatives cut print production time by 86% (a 150‑page catalog produced in 30 days), drove 25% of web traffic from mobile, and helped digital channels generate over 50% of Uponor North America sales leads, while guiding the company’s ongoing digital roadmap via the Sitecore Digital Maturity Model.
