A Sitecore Case Study
UnitingCare Queensland, a large Australian health and community services provider serving hundreds of thousands across Queensland and the Northern Territory, faced a fragmented web presence after consolidating service brands in 2016. Their many sites and CMSs were brochure-like and used jargon, and changes from the NDIS made it essential to educate and guide consumers to the right services. To consolidate sites and deliver a customer-focused marketing platform, UnitingCare chose Sitecore as their new website and CMS platform.
Sitecore, deployed on Sitecore Managed Cloud Standard with partners Dataweavers and Guerrilla and using Sitecore XP features (SXA, xAnalytics, xProfile, EXM, Marketing Automation, xDB), enabled UnitingCare to merge multiple websites into one user-centered site built on Helix principles. The new Sitecore solution launched in 60 days with zero downtime, delivers a 2.6-second page load time, supports deployments in under 15 minutes, and has maintained 100% uptime since launch, while providing analytics and personalization capabilities to improve user journeys.
