Two Roads Hospitality builds multitenant Sitecore platform to personalize customer experience within and across multiple award-winning hotel brands

Two Roads Hospitality, a 17,000-employee hotel management company operating more than 90 properties across five brands, faced limitations with its legacy WordPress sites: slow onboarding of new hotels and content, no personalization, high bounce rates and low conversions. To address these challenges, Two Roads began migrating its brands to a multitenant Sitecore platform, adopting the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) hosted on Microsoft Azure to enable brand- and property-level personalization and faster content delivery.

Sitecore (implemented with partner Hedgehog) delivered a multitenant Sitecore XP solution that gives local property managers control of localized content, reuses component modules across brands, and spins up new properties in days. The Sitecore implementation produced strong business impact: web traffic +9%, nights by room +19%, bookings +18%, pages per session +54%, e-commerce conversion +15%, website revenue +20%, and social followers +10%, while enabling personalized, cross-brand customer experiences.
