Using the Sitecore Experience Platform — including simple personalization badges, geo‑IP localization and campaign-driven landing pages — Tourism New Brunswick delivered targeted imagery and content that inspired deeper engagement, driving a 38% increase in unique visitors, a 24% increase in product page reviews and a 187% increase in entrances to product pages; conversion rose in double digits, and the organization plans to expand predictive personalization and automation with Sitecore.
