Tourism New Brunswick, the provincial Department of Tourism, needed a scalable digital platform to improve visitors’ online experiences, better identify visitor types, and deliver tailored content across devices. To meet these goals it selected Sitecore’s Experience Platform (implemented with Solution Partner T4G) to replace its legacy CMS and enable personalized, device-aware journeys.

Using the Sitecore Experience Platform — including simple personalization badges, geo‑IP localization and campaign-driven landing pages — Tourism New Brunswick delivered targeted imagery and content that inspired deeper engagement, driving a 38% increase in unique visitors, a 24% increase in product page reviews and a 187% increase in entrances to product pages; conversion rose in double digits, and the organization plans to expand predictive personalization and automation with Sitecore.
