TOP-TOY, the largest toy retailer in the Nordics operating Fætter BR and Toys’R’Us, sought to reposition its Fætter BR brand as the market’s most engaging online destination for adults buying toys and for shared parent–child shopping experiences. The retailer—already using the Sitecore Experience Platform—needed a responsive multi‑market relaunch, integration of Sitecore Commerce 11 with ERP/warehousing and marketing systems, and a new interactive “Ønske” (Wish) app to support a mobile-first audience.

Working with partner Alpha Solutions and leveraging Sitecore, TOP-TOY implemented a unified, responsive Sitecore Experience Platform that integrated Sitecore Commerce 11, Oracle ERP, Oracle Responsys and recommendation engines to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences. The Sitecore solution boosted sales conversion and items per order, now serves 65% of visitors on mobile/touch devices, reduced average site response time by 45% to 1.24 seconds, and supports TOP-TOY’s 19 million customers with improved stability and personalization.
