Klepierre, the European leader in shopping malls, needed to move beyond an outdated, inflexible digital platform that wasn’t data-driven or personalized enough to compete with e‑commerce and keep shoppers and retailers engaged. To execute a mobile-first, omnichannel and CRM-driven strategy, Klepierre selected Sitecore (including Sitecore’s headless DXP, Sitecore XP/JSS and Sitecore Managed Cloud) with implementation support from Proximity.

Sitecore delivered a headless DXP on Sitecore Managed Cloud (Azure) and, together with Proximity, rolled out 93 mall sites in 14 languages across 11 countries in six months. The implementation achieved 99.999% availability, 95+ average page‑speed scores, 40% faster content management and cut content creation from ~10 minutes to 1–5 minutes, while enabling stronger personalization, retailer marketing, and new services like loyalty programs and chatbots. Sitecore’s platform materially improved customer experience, retailer engagement and operational agility.
