It partnered with Sitecore, using Sitecore XM and Managed Cloud, to give non-technical teams self-serve content capabilities and better audience engagement.

Sitecore helped Synapxe build the new portal with improved content management, data-driven personalization, and stronger security and scalability. Within six months of launch, Synapxe saw a 54% increase in time on site, a 150% rise in returning visitors, and 170% more new visitors, while also cutting page creation time from a month to less than two weeks and reducing time to market by 50%.
