Their existing site had no e-commerce or personalization, required developer help for content updates, suffered slow load times (up to 12s) and poor SEO, and wasn’t integrated with helpdesk systems — so Southern Phone turned to Sitecore for a modern digital platform.

Sitecore (implemented with partner EPAM) delivered a combined solution using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC) and Web Forms for Marketers on Microsoft Azure, integrated with billing and Zendesk. The Sitecore implementation cut load times by up to 80%, lifted conversion rates by 35%, reduced product time-to-market by 50%, saved tens of thousands AUD annually and freed 0.75 FTE, while enabling targeted e-commerce, geolocation personalization, improved SEO and higher NPS.
