Sitecore (implemented with partner EPAM) delivered a combined solution using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC) and Web Forms for Marketers on Microsoft Azure, integrated with billing and Zendesk. The Sitecore implementation cut load times by up to 80%, lifted conversion rates by 35%, reduced product time-to-market by 50%, saved tens of thousands AUD annually and freed 0.75 FTE, while enabling targeted e-commerce, geolocation personalization, improved SEO and higher NPS.
