Soho House - Customer Case Study

Soho House, the global members-only community for the creative sector, needed to improve member experience, broaden digital membership, and unify its public, membership, and 27 House websites. Using Sitecore, including XP and its content management capabilities, the brand set out to shift from a location-led model to one that could better engage audiences online and respond quickly to COVID-19 disruptions.

Sitecore implemented Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Experience Platform, xDB, JSS, and related services to create a more seamless digital ecosystem with richer content, integrations, and localized experiences in 8 languages. The results included a 325% increase in member engagement, a 58% increase in non-member engagement, and a three-fold rise in completed applications in one quarter, helping Soho House move toward a more inclusive digital platform.
