Dornbracht, a family-run premium fittings manufacturer, needed to boost brand awareness and customer interaction by launching a comprehensive, personalized portal. Their previous sites ran on multiple custom CMSs with outdated navigation and little dynamic or localized content. Dornbracht selected Sitecore’s CMS and engaged Sitecore Solution Partner comspace to deliver the new site.

comspace implemented and extended the Sitecore CMS, integrating SharePoint-based request management, MS CRM and XML product-data imports, GeoIP-driven personalization with Google Maps, retailer search, translation workflows and analytics/social integrations. As a result (via Sitecore), Dornbracht now delivers localized, personalized content across markets, can manage local communications in several languages and has launched the site in four markets/languages (Germany, Netherlands, UK, US), enabling faster market reach and improved customer engagement.
