Sagicor Financial Corporation, a provider of insurance and financial services, needed to revamp and redesign multiple websites to create stronger content structure, capture visitor data, track engagement, and deliver real-time, location-based personalization (including COVID-19 updates). To meet these challenges Sagicor engaged Sitecore, using Sitecore Experience Manager (XM), Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.0), Sitecore Experience Database (xDB), Sitecore Managed Cloud, Sitecore Forms and the Sitecore Rule Engine, with integrations like Google Maps and Azure Search.
Sitecore implemented the platform and personalization tools (including profile and pattern cards) to simplify and optimize web content, deliver contextual experiences across the customer lifecycle, and surface customer behavior insights. The Sitecore solution drove a 40% increase in web traffic, a 34% reduction in bounce rate, more than 12,500 leads generated, visitor growth of 11.2% and user sessions up 20.8%, with mobile visitors rising 18.6%.
