Ricoh Asia needed to replace an outdated digital platform that could not support growth, while scaling website rollouts across multiple regions and delivering more personalized content for different industries and personas. The company used Sitecore to build a platform that could improve engagement, communication, and customer journey optimization across nine regional websites.
Sitecore implemented a new single-source-of-truth digital experience platform using Sitecore Experience Manager, XP, xDB, SXA, and analytics tools, along with a regional connector. As a result, Ricoh Asia enabled localized sites that still followed corporate branding, accelerated regional rollout, and improved performance metrics: monthly traffic grew from 300 to 1,200, page views per visitor rose 1.9x, average site time reached 2.13 minutes, and bounce rate fell to 58.2%.
