Case Study: QNET achieves personalized, scalable global e-commerce with Sitecore

A Sitecore Case Study

Preview of the QNET Case Study

Revamping its e-commerce platform, QNET blends content and commerce to drive conversions while fostering personal, exclusive connections between sellers and consumers

QNET, a global direct-selling e-commerce company reaching five million customers, needed to replace an aging proprietary platform that had become a bottleneck. The business required a modern, multi‑channel solution to serve 100+ countries, support 10+ languages and complex pricing schemas, shift content updates from IT to business users, enable personalization and social integration, and integrate with ERP, payment providers and CRM — so QNET selected Sitecore (Sitecore Experience Platform and Sitecore Commerce).

Sitecore (with partner Delaware) implemented Sitecore XP 8.1 and Sitecore Commerce powered by Commerce Server 8.1, leveraging the commerce catalog to support 400+ pricing catalogs and 50+ warehouses. The result is a single platform that localizes for 200+ countries, enables faster site rollouts (first UAE site live Dec 2016), quicker content updates by sales and marketing, deeper analytics and personalization for higher engagement, and freed IT to focus on strategic development.
