A Sitecore Case Study
Hudson Health Plan, a Tarrytown, NY nonprofit serving over 85,000 members, faced an outdated intranet built with hand‑coded HTML that created a production bottleneck, inconsistent branding, and poor employee adoption. To replace this system and improve internal communications and morale, Hudson evaluated CMS options and selected the Sitecore content management system for their new intranet.
Hudson implemented a Sitecore‑based intranet, Team.Site, with implementation partner mindSHIFT, enabling distributed content publishing, workflow control, and consistent brand presentation. The Sitecore solution removed dependence on IT for routine updates, sped content publication, increased communication effectiveness (driven in part by tracked click‑throughs from a bi‑weekly newsletter), and improved the employee experience and morale.
