Rawson Homes, a construction company, needed to rebuild its online commerce experience to make big-ticket home buying easier, improve navigation, create custom page templates, and deliver a less stressful customer journey. To support this, Rawson Homes used Sitecore XP and Content Hub to modernize its website and digital experience.

Sitecore implemented Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 9.0) and xDB, along with integrations such as WebGL, Sketchfab, Runway CRM, and product content management software, to power a new website and 3D Dreambuilder app for visualizing and estimating future homes. The results included a stronger customer experience and measurable growth: 40% more users year over year, 45% more new users, 33% more returning users, a 65% increase in mobile usage, and 42% more sessions, with higher page dwell time as well.
