The New Jersey Education Association (NJEA), one of the country’s largest education associations with more than 200,000 members, faced content overload, a lack of site structure, inefficient editorial processes, and an outdated CMS that made relevant information hard to find. Seeking a more inviting, role-specific experience and faster content management, NJEA worked with partner Slamm, who recommended and implemented the Sitecore CMS as the enterprise-class platform.

Slamm rebuilt NJEA’s site architecture on Sitecore, organizing content by member role, integrating more than 20 custom .NET applications, and migrating thousands of pages using Sitecore’s CMS APIs to cut time and cost. The result was a logically organized, faster-to-manage site with targeted member content, microsite capabilities, improved editorial efficiency, and overwhelmingly positive member feedback—supporting NJEA’s 200K members with a scalable Sitecore-based solution.
