PGH Bricks & Pavers needed a modern, eye-catching way for home builders to visualize and customize bricks without visiting display homes. They wanted realistic 3D and VR capability, higher engagement, and a tool that was easy to update to replace a clunky, hard-to-maintain predecessor. The project used Sitecore technologies—Sitecore Experience Platform (XP 8.2) and Sitecore Experience Database (xDB)—with integrations such as Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Sitecore powered the Visualiser: a responsive web app with real-time 3D rendering and VR that made product updates simple and improved back-end performance with Sitecore image resizing. The results were measurable: average session duration rose from 1.36 to 4.47 minutes, user numbers doubled, sessions increased by 77% and page views by 100%. The Visualiser is now positioned as a key sales tool for future products.
