Partenamut and Sitecore® make life easier for expectant parents with Babymut.be

Partenamut, part of the Partena group, wanted to make life easier for expectant parents by reducing administrative burden, delivering pregnancy-focused information, and increasing loyalty among digital-minded 25–35 year olds. To do this it partnered with Sitecore and chose the Sitecore Experience Platform to build a dedicated site, Babymut.be, that could deliver personalized, stage-based content in Dutch and French.

Working with Sitecore (including Sitecore Experience Platform, WXM, EXM and Web Forms for Marketers) and partner Sidewalk, Partenamut launched Babymut.be with personalized journeys and triggered email campaigns that automate requests and reduce manual work. The Sitecore solution delivered measurable impact: 3,300+ registered users for the personalized area, about 3,500 unique visitors per month averaging nine four-minute page visits, a €75,000 reduction in print costs, faster campaign delivery and a full site rollout in under a month with fewer than two FTEs — all enabled by Sitecore.
