Talkmore, Norway’s first pure Internet-based mobile subscription provider and a Telenor subsidiary, faced siloed systems and a limited website that prevented tracking customer actions and delivering timely, relevant offers. To move up the Sitecore Customer Experience Maturity Model and enable data-driven personalization across web, email, mobile and call-center channels, Talkmore turned to Sitecore, implementing tools such as Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM).
Sitecore, with implementation partner Knowit, integrated XP, EXM, xConnect, xDB and Sitecore Analytics on Microsoft Azure, connecting CRM and payment systems, adding a rules engine (50+ custom rules), marketing automation, and a custom commerce and “My page” experience. The Sitecore solution delivered synchronized, personalized experiences and measurable impact: a 10% increase in digital sales, a 50% rise in cross-sells, a marked drop in churn (67% decrease in churn target), greater self-service adoption, and operational efficiencies without expanding the marketing and IT teams.
