To modernize its online customer experience and unify e-commerce, Nerium turned to a centralized solution built on the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), with implementation led by partner Hero Digital.
Using Sitecore XP’s component-based architecture and personalization features, Hero Digital consolidated eight regional sites (seven languages) onto a single, scalable platform, integrated regional product catalogs via Sitecore APIs, and created a foundation for thousands of partner domains. The Sitecore-based solution was deployed in under five months, cut regional rollout times from months to weeks, enabled content updates without developer support, and delivered measurable gains — unique page visits and session length rose, and campaign-driven sales conversions increased by 30% while overall web maintenance costs decreased.
