Case Study: Nerium International achieves a unified global CMS and 30% higher campaign conversions with Sitecore

A Sitecore Case Study

Preview of the Nerium International Case Study

Nerium International transforms user experience while centralizing fragmented platform

Nerium International, a Texas-based wellness products leader that grew to $1.5 billion in sales and operates through thousands of partner e-commerce sites, faced fragmented regional web technologies, aging designs, and inconsistent partner microsites that made global content and commerce management slow and costly. To modernize its online customer experience and unify e-commerce, Nerium turned to a centralized solution built on the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), with implementation led by partner Hero Digital.

Using Sitecore XP’s component-based architecture and personalization features, Hero Digital consolidated eight regional sites (seven languages) onto a single, scalable platform, integrated regional product catalogs via Sitecore APIs, and created a foundation for thousands of partner domains. The Sitecore-based solution was deployed in under five months, cut regional rollout times from months to weeks, enabled content updates without developer support, and delivered measurable gains — unique page visits and session length rose, and campaign-driven sales conversions increased by 30% while overall web maintenance costs decreased.
