MDI increases traffic and revenue with Sitecore

MDI, a privately owned wholesale grocery distributor serving more than 600 retail food stores across 12 Eastern states, needed to quickly turn its quarterly food show expo virtual during COVID-19 while still delivering strong value and driving customer engagement. The challenge was to reach a wider audience without the limits of an in-person event, and MDI used Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) to support the digital experience.

With Sitecore, MDI launched a virtual show that expanded participation, increased engagement, and helped drive more orders. The result was more than 6,000 site visits and 23 brand ambassadors involved, contributing to greater traffic and revenue for MDI.
