Nederman, a global leader in industrial air filtration, needed to strengthen its market position by making product information easier to find, improving customer engagement and allowing many more editors to manage content quickly. The company chose Sitecore, upgrading to Sitecore 6.5 and integrating SharePoint 2010 (via the SharePoint Integration Framework) to extend its long-term relationship and support a new global website and extranet.

Sitecore (with Sitecore Solution Partner Stratiteq) implemented the upgrade and SharePoint integration to synchronize product data and documents, add dynamic tagging, and deliver features like a Product Finder, interactive Proven Solutions modules and GeoIP-based contact routing. The solution made it much easier for a large number of Nederman employees to contribute content without adding Sitecore users, improved information quality, made the ~300‑page site feel far larger through dynamic modules, and reduced time‑to‑market for publishing — all enabled by Sitecore.
