Lifescript, a fast-growing online health publisher reaching millions of readers, needed to transform its business model to attract more targeted advertising, deepen engagement, grow its email subscriber base, and return publishing control to editors while scaling across 80+ health channels. To meet these goals Lifescript selected Sitecore and the Sitecore Experience Platform to add personalization, editorial self-service, and integration with partner feeds and enterprise systems.

Using Sitecore, Lifescript implemented persona-driven profiling (Lifepoints™), dynamic content modules, personalized newsletters, and new services like Find A Doctor; the result was dramatic growth — advertising revenue up 238%, more than 150 million page views per month, unique visitors up 455%, page visits up 516%, return visits up 300%, and daily newsletters sent to 16.5 million people — while editorial tasks that once took weeks now take about an hour, all enabled by Sitecore.
