LGI Homes, a homebuilder serving both affordable and luxury buyers, needed a more agile, cloud-based digital platform to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across web, app, email, and in-person sales touchpoints. Working with Sitecore and its composable DXP, LGI Homes also wanted to reduce maintenance overhead, improve scalability, and attract more qualified traffic.
Sitecore implemented a composable platform including its CMS and DAM, plus location-based search, integrated CRM and API-driven content workflows, and a custom iPad app for model-home sales teams. The results included a 22% increase in paid-channel conversions, 20% growth in organic search sessions, a 166% increase in map page views, 31% more page views per active user, and 65% faster page load speeds.
