Using Sitecore (with Gold Solution Partner TBG), the team deployed personalized, tightly managed content workflows and data-driven profiling to rapidly publish and update guidance and tools. The Sitecore solution powered a COVID‑19 self‑checker, drove more than 38 million visits to coronavirus content in seven months (4× expected), ranked No. 1 on Google for “What is coronavirus?,” increased social traffic 370%, reached about 1 million page views per day early in the pandemic, averaged over four minutes per page, and met security and HIPAA requirements.
