Jabra, a global maker of headsets and speakerphones, needed to refocus its web presence on customers as part of its JUICE digital transformation program. The existing CMS was too inflexible to support customer-centric goals—improving online experience, increasing relevance and conversions, and scaling globally—so Jabra chose Sitecore’s Customer Engagement Platform (CMS and DMS) to provide a flexible, scalable technical foundation for personalization, localization and campaign management.

Sitecore implemented a full customer engagement solution built around Sitecore CMS and DMS with behavioral targeting, dynamic personalization, responsive/mobile design and tight integrations to Engagement Analytics and Jabra’s CRM. The Sitecore-based site was rolled out in 18 localized versions, supports marketing “takeovers” and extensive third‑party integrations, and won a WebAward for Best Electronics Website—establishing a platform expected to drive measurable increases in web traffic, returning visitors, leads, sales and social engagement.
