Isuzu UTE Australia faced a tough, competitive market, shifting consumer interest in greener vehicles, and the challenge of making complex vehicle information easy to manage while differentiating the brand. To respond, Isuzu adopted a content-led strategy with Sitecore, using Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) and Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) to move away from hard-sell tactics and educate customers through more personalized, emotional content.

Sitecore rebuilt the site and key purchase tools, including dealer search, model configurator, and spec comparison, supported by xDB, SXA, Path Analyzer, and analytics integrations. The results included a 5–10% increase in conversions, 1.5% traffic growth to 1.6 million annual visitors, a 45% rise in Build & Quote completions, lower bounce rates, and 13% growth in mobile traffic, helping Isuzu weather an industry-wide sales downturn.
