Iron Mountain, a global information management leader operating in 52 countries and 30 languages, faced rising complexity after rapid expansion and a major acquisition: localization demands, growing administration costs, and the need to maintain brand consistency and secure web governance. To modernize its digital platform and scale international operations, Iron Mountain selected Sitecore and its Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), with implementation support from partner BrainJocks.

Sitecore XP (paired with BrainJocks SCORE) gave Iron Mountain a centrally managed, modular web platform—15 people in a Digital Center of Excellence now process change requests for all 52 countries—while integrations with Eloqua, Optimizely, and Salesforce extended marketing capabilities. Sitecore delivered improved customer engagement, advanced scalability and performance, stronger security and role‑based governance, and cost efficiencies through reusable components and workflows, enabling consistent, compliant experiences across its global sites.
