To deliver a scalable personalization framework and centralized web management, innogy chose Sitecore, deploying Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) with Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) and Sitecore Federated Experience Manager.
Using Sitecore (implemented with partner ACTUM), innogy started with persona-driven home pages and predictive profiling to personalize journeys; this drove a 33% increase in traffic to career pages and a 24% decrease in the power-supply sales cycle. Sitecore’s analytics and xDB-based profiling improved content governance and measurement, laying the foundation to extend personalized navigation and cross-site tracking across additional customer segments.
