IAK Verzekeringen, an Eindhoven-based insurance intermediary with over 80 years’ experience, faced a complex digital challenge: maintain roughly 500 group-specific sites while delivering the right personalized content to the right customer, and move daily site management in-house without heavy IT involvement. To achieve a flexible, stable platform and a full website renovation (covering corporate content, agent policy sites and an intranet), IAK selected Sitecore and its Sitecore CMS to centralize and modernize the online channel.

Sitecore implemented a new corporate site with dynamic content blocks, a multisite module to launch custom agent sites in hours, a revised “My IAK” login with three access levels, Sitecore Web Forms for Marketers and Google Analytics integration. The result: out-of-pocket management costs fell 50–75%, site visitors rose 30–40%, about 25% more customers shifted to digital service, time-to-market improved dramatically, and IAK largely recouped implementation costs within a year — all delivered using Sitecore.
