Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) needed a modern, dealer-friendly website to market motorcycles, ATVs and scooters and drive customers to local dealers. Their aging home‑grown CMS required developer intervention for content changes and made e‑commerce, promotions, localization (English/French for Suzuki Canada), video and social sharing difficult to manage. Their agency Questus recommended and Suzuki selected the Sitecore CMS to give non‑developers control and support the required dealer and marketing features.

Questus integrated Sitecore and extended it with a cache communicator, a new caching algorithm, an administrative tool suite, autopublish, geo‑targeted campaigns, a dealer locator and Shopatron/AJAX integrations. The Sitecore implementation cut public‑site CPU spikes (previously ~50% baseline and 75–90% spikes) to rarely above 20%, reduced content turnaround from days to minutes, enabled nightly auto‑publishing and improved productivity across developers, project managers and content editors while supporting bilingual content for Suzuki Canada.
