Sitecore implemented a centralized content hub, personalization and automation tools (XP, xDB, Marketing Automation and Sitecore AI) and guided journeys to convert unknown visitors to partners. The impact: unknown visitors fell to 11%, 19% of members converted to paying partners, Sitecore AI cut manual customization time by 30%, personalization generated 940 highly qualified leads in six months, overall engagement rose 16%, AI-enhanced pages saw 244% higher engagement with an 85% lower bounce rate, and a single month of guided experiences delivered ~50,000 visits and 3,100 downloads.
