HomeServe USA - Customer Case Study

HomeServe USA, a home warranty repair services provider, needed a scalable digital platform to adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace and company acquisitions, improve customer engagement, accelerate time-to-market for new eCommerce business lines, roll out branded sites quickly, and enable flexible offline-to-online marketing. To meet these challenges, HomeServe USA partnered with Sitecore and deployed the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) including Sitecore Experience Manager (XM), Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) and Sitecore analytics tools.

Sitecore implemented the platform with integrations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and eCommerce, Power BI, custom product databases and call centers to enable robust analytics, simplified customer journeys (postal code/GEOIP/service line) and a 360-degree customer view. The Sitecore solution cut deployment time from eight hours to one hour and reduced costs via Salesforce integration, while delivering strong performance gains: 42% lift in eCommerce conversions, 63% more new users, 25% increases in total users and session duration, and a 50% increase in total transactions.
