Grand Circle Corporation partnered with Sitecore to reimagine its oattravel.com site and improve relevancy, user experience and lead generation. The project used Sitecore Experience Manager (XM 8.2), Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore xDB to deliver a responsive design, simplify navigation, reduce bounce rates, build a trip module and add analytics for performance insight.

Sitecore implemented the platform plus integrations (Solr, Brightcove, Genesys, Yotpo, Cloudflare, etc.) to create a user-friendly site that boosted engagement and conversions. The revamped trip module produced a 15–20% uplift in new bookings, time on page increased 20%, update velocity rose 3x, mobile traffic grew 30%, and lead generation and referrals improved, while laying groundwork for future upgrades.
