Dow Chemical Company, a global manufacturing giant, faced the challenge of making it fast and easy for customers to find up-to-date, relevant product information while keeping data consistent across numerous regional websites and reducing time spent on web production and content management. To address this, Dow engaged Sitecore and implemented Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Commerce, and Coveo for Sitecore as part of a Contextual Product Information initiative.

Sitecore delivered a central repository using Sitecore Commerce as the single source of truth, with Sitecore XP presenting content and Coveo indexing product families for smarter search and navigation. The Sitecore solution produced faster, more reliable product searches and consistent information across sites, increased digital interactions (including more requests for product literature and samples), and measurable process efficiencies as teams spend less time on repetitive content tasks and more on marketing and personalization.
