Delaware North, a global hospitality leader operating 200 locations and serving a half‑billion guests annually, faced fragmented, aging web platforms that made local content updates slow and inconsistent across 60 unique property sites. To unify experiences, simplify support, and enable faster launches, Delaware North engaged Sitecore (implemented with Sitecore Gold Partner Hero Digital) and adopted the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) with Sitecore xDB.

Sitecore helped deploy a centrally governed, component‑based web platform with templates, shared libraries, A/B testing, and integrations (reservations, CRM, analytics) while enabling regional teams to customize local content. Using Sitecore, teams launched new property sites in under four months, added 10 more sites in the following year, and saw increased visitors, longer session durations and higher online bookings—while reducing development effort, centralizing brand governance, and lowering ongoing costs.
