FLSmidth, a manufacturer serving the global mining and cement industries, needed a unified digital platform to increase lead generation, strengthen brand awareness, and improve customer experience. Working with Sitecore, the company set out to consolidate more than 10 subsites and 15 websites into one consistent global presence, with better mobile usability and a clearer brand identity.

Sitecore implemented Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) hosted on Microsoft Azure, helping FLSmidth move to a single corporate site with richer, intelligently tagged content and a more seamless customer journey. The results included 1,800 marketing leads per month, a drop in bounce rate from 65% to 50%, and support for 100,000 monthly visits, while presenting products and customer stories in a more consistent way.
