Sunrise Senior Living, a leading memory care provider with over 316 communities, faced the challenge of helping stressed caregivers make complex, emotional decisions online while improving lead quality and volume. To address this, Sunrise partnered with Delphic Digital and the vendor Sitecore, implementing Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and the Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) to deliver personalized, contextual digital experiences.

Delphic Digital and Sitecore built a modal Care Questionnaire integrated with Sunrise’s CRM and marketing automation to assign care-based personas, personalize site content, and surface appropriate next steps. The Sitecore-powered solution achieved an 81% questionnaire completion rate, a 6% downstream conversion rate, 67% of leads becoming move-in opportunities, and supports 2.8 million annual visits (34% from mobile), delivering higher-quality, more actionable sales conversations.
