Financial Institution Banks on Sitecore for Managing Multiple Websites, Languages, and Devices

BEKB | BCBE, a Swiss regional bank serving roughly 500,000 customers, faced an aging, hard-to-maintain web presence built on early-2000s technology that hindered usability, mobile access and rapid feature rollout. To modernize its three main sites and improve findability and accessibility, the bank selected Sitecore (including Sitecore 7 and related modules) as its CMS platform.

Using Sitecore, with implementation support from partner Unic, the team rebuilt three websites and two mobile versions with adaptive design, accessibility features, multilingual support and integrations to e-banking and back-end systems. The new Sitecore-powered sites launched in four months, delivered faster time-to-market, richer features (geo-search, advisor search, market charts, download center) and a measurable increase in online account requests, with plans to extend Sitecore’s digital marketing and personalization capabilities.
