D&W Diesel reroutes their digital transformation, replatforming to Sitecore OrderCloud

D&W Diesel, a national remanufacturer and distributor founded in 1976, outgrew its original ecommerce platform and needed to replatform to support a large catalog and more complex buyer needs. They engaged Sitecore and chose the Sitecore OrderCloud platform to replace their legacy Netsuite setup and modernize search, pricing, and integrations.

Sitecore implemented an OrderCloud-based storefront with searchable access to 60,000 SKUs, support for complex pricing tiers, and integration with D&W’s homegrown ERP; the replatforming was completed in less than nine months. In the months after launch Sitecore’s solution drove growth in online customers, reduced order errors, improved customer satisfaction, and increased repeat purchases by enabling login, order history and easy re-orders.
