Colliers International, a global leader in integrated property services, faced an inflexible web content management system that made routine updates burdensome and limited business objectives like in-house publishing, project marketing, CRM integration and meaningful marketing metrics. To address these challenges they evaluated vendors and selected Sitecore (with implementation by digital partner BlueArc) to provide a scalable, user-centric CMS solution.

BlueArc designed and implemented a new Colliers website using the Sitecore CMS, delivering decentralized authoring, automated digital marketing, social integration and CRM connectivity to empower non-technical staff and improve online communication. As a result (using Sitecore) Colliers saw 15% more visitors who spent longer on the site, a 30% increase in enquiries, vastly improved usability and navigation, stronger brand awareness and the site becoming the top visited in its sector.
